Job Description

  • Installing and configuring hardware, operating systems, and applications.
  • Systems troubleshooting, Network problems, Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Field telephone calls and e-mail messages from company staff who are seeking guidance on technical problems.
  • Diagnosing errors, troubleshoot & maintain network connections or any other computer systems.
  • Maintain inventory of all IT equipment.
  • Handle all documentation for hardware and software, maintenance and problem resolutions.
  • Working at head office and other branches.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Computer Science, or relevant field.
  • 2 year of experience minimum.
  • Restaurants IT services background is must at least one year.
  • CCNA and MCSA Knowledge is appreciated.
  • Good command of English.
  • (Male only) Performed military service.
