Job Description
- Set up, copy, scan and store documents.
- Manage requests for documentation.
- File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
- Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
- To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties.
- Formatting may include correcting templates, fonts and style, pagination and numbering and other activities that may be required to achieve a client’s documentation requirements.
Job Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience and up to 5 years.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- V good hand written in English language.
- Able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device.
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of law firms & legal documents.
- Administration skills
- Be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Able to work well with others
- Able to use your initiative
- Able to accept criticism and work well under pressure
- Flexible and open to change.
